Created for the dining room of Backroads Deli, this immersive mural transforms a blank interior wall into a peaceful Door County landscape inspired by winding backroads, birch forests, and the quiet joy of slow travel.

Centered around a vintage Volkswagen bus nestled among wildflowers, the mural celebrates curiosity, nostalgia, and exploration. Small discoveries—including a field mouse tucked into the grasses—reward visitors who take the time to look closely.
